Our Ironwood Commons Shopping Center tenant lineup has grown with the addition of a new Marshalls in Ironwood, Michigan. The community was very much involved and excited for this great addition to the area.

When we were looking for a tenant to fill the large space in the Ironwood Center we did a market analysis of retail in the immediate vicinity and identified an opportunity for a discount retailer like Marshalls, this led us to enter into conversations and ultimately to welcome them as a new tenant.
