We are proud to announce the addition of Goodwill to East Pointe Plaza.  We partner with Goodwill in our other centers, and believe many of our communities like the one in Bucyrus, OH benefit from donation centers like this one.  This allows residents to donate their unused goods while also finding good deals.

The Regency team desires to see the communities we serve grow and thrive and to do that we must provide the community with retail shopping options for their needs and wants. Regency Properties analyzes the retail market in these areas, demographics, and growth to determine emerging needs and opportunities for retailers like Goodwill.  We then leveraged our existing relationships to help find the right fit for both the community and our tenants, and in the case of Goodwill, this was a win-win.
