Evansville, IN – September 8, 2025 – Regency Commercial Associates is pleased to announce the promotions of Amy Ethridge and Regina Hamman, two professionals within the firm’s property management department.
Ethridge has been promoted to Property Manager. She began her career at Regency in August 2023 as a Property Management Coordinator. In less than one year, in April 2024, she was promoted to Senior Property Management Coordinator.
Hamman has been promoted to Property Financial Analyst. She joined Regency in April 2024 as a Senior Property Management Coordinator.
Both Ethridge and Hamman report to Justin Farr, Vice President of Property Management for Regency. Farr joined Regency earlier this year to bring exceptional leadership, experience, and strategic insight into Regency’s commercial real estate portfolio.
“In promoting Amy and Regina, we recognize the accomplishments they continue to make at Regency and look forward to the ongoing contributions they will make in their new roles,” Farr said.
