Regency Commercial Associates Announces Jamie Edmonson Promotion to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Evansville, IN – February 21, 2025 – Regency Commercial Associates is pleased to announce the promotion of Jamie Edmonson to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective February 24, 2025. Jamie Edmonson, who previously served as the Vice President of Leasing, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to this new role.

In this capacity, Edmonson will assume leadership of the property management department in addition to his current leadership of the leasing, lease administration, and construction departments. This organizational change will strategically bring together all operating departments to create synergy and facilitate maximum growth opportunities for the portfolio.

Edmonson has more than 23 years of experience in real estate, legal, lease administration, property management, and store operations at Hibbett Sports, Inc. He has been a valued member of Regency Commercial Associates for several years, during which time he has played a key role in numerous successful projects and initiatives. His expertise in leasing and lease administration has been invaluable to the company’s success.
