Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, recently acquired River Pointe shopping center in Madison, Ind. River Pointe shopping center will add an additional 173,076 square feet to Regency’s expanding portfolio. The shopping center features 17 tenants and is anchored by Goody’s, Kroger, JC Penney and Tractor Supply Company.
