Regency Properties announces the promotion of Shelah Kirk to the position of staff accountant, which is responsible for general ledger account reconciliations, treasury management and property tax management. Kirk has worked in a variety of accounting functions since joining the Regency team in 2000 and was previously employed as office manager at Bag-Pack in Blue Ash, Ohio. Kirk earned an Associate Degree in Accounting from Kent State University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from God’s Bible School and College (Cincinnati, Ohio). She serves as chair of Regency’s Wellness Committee and is active with Tri- State Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Kevin Hammett, president and chief executive officer of Regency Properties, has earned the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). The certification was awarded following Hammett’s demonstration of excellence and knowledge in shopping center management. CSM criteria include competency and eligibility requirements and a rigorous examination.
Hammett joins the elite group of 6,000 active, full-time professionals in 50 countries who have been recognized with certification by ICSC.
