Jeff Howell, Vice President of Property Management at Evansville’s Regency Properties, has earned the designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). The certification was awarded to Howell following his demonstration of excellence and knowledge in shopping center management.
Howell has been with Regency Properties since 2004. He is responsible for the direction and leadership of the company’s property management function in the seven states in which it operates shopping centers. Howell is instrumental in leading the company’s strategic growth initiative. A licensed Real Estate Broker, Howell holds a BS in Industrial Supervision from Purdue University, a BS in Physics from University of Evansville, and Masters of Business Administration from University of Evansville. He also holds Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification.
Howell and his wife, Julie, have two sons and live in Warrick County. He is an active committee member of the Newburgh Young Life organization and is an Advisory Board Member for the University of Evansville’s Schroeder Family School of Business.
Regency Properties has owned and managed commercial real estate properties for over 50 years. Starting first in Evansville with Westgate Shopping Center in 1950s, the company has grown to include 30 shopping centers and developments in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina and Florida.
