Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, commends Dan Brandon, director of leasing, on earning his Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). The certification was awarded to Brandon following his demonstration of excellence and knowledge in shopping center lease agreements.
ICSC established the CLS credential in 1994 to advance professional standards in shopping center leasing worldwide. The designation requires at least four years of qualified work experience in a position with substantial responsibility for leasing shopping centers. CLS certification is achieved through proven experience and expertise, passage of a rigorous half-day written examination and commitment to a code of professional ethics.
Brandon joined Regency Properties in January 2015 as the director of leasing. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration in Management with a focus in organizational development and design from Indiana University.
