Regency Properties, a retail commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, was awarded the 2014 National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence from industry analyst CEL & Associates, Inc. This is the third award in four years for Regency Properties, which also won the “A List” award in 2011 and 2013.
Since 1998, the Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence has become the national standard for service excellence. The designation is awarded only to those companies that truly provide a superior level of service. Each year, CEL conducts more than 2.5 million customer surveys, including tenants of Regency Properties, to measure service and performance benchmarks of commercial tenants throughout the country. Survey questions include evaluation of leasing services, maintenance services, lease renewal intention, readiness to solve problems, property condition, responsiveness and management services. The survey respondents rated Regency’s services and property staff as “Outstanding” among their class.
