Two of Regency Properties’ Business Managers, Steve Brummel and Charles Riffert recently earned the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) certification from the International Council of Shopping Centers. Both Brummel and Riffert received the designation following a demanding process in which candidates must demonstrate knowledge and excellence in shopping center management.
Steve Brummel has been with Regency Properties for seven years. He has served as Business Manager of Regency’s shopping centers located in Indiana, Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, & Mississippi. Brummel is a graduate of University of Southern Indiana.
Riffert joined Regency in 2008 as a Business Manager, managing shopping centers in Bedford, Madison, Seymour, Aurora, Lebanon, and Mt. Vernon Indiana as well as Savoy, Illinois. He also manages Regency’s Cross Pointe Development in Evansville, Indiana. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and is the Chairperson of the Young Professionals Network, A Program of The Chamber of Commerce of Southwest Indiana.
Also announced by Regency Properties was the hiring of Matt Payne as Financial Analyst. Payne was previously a Senior Analyst at Springleaf Financial. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelors in Finance and Economics and Murray State University with a Masters of Business Administration.
