Regency Properties, an Evansville, Indiana based commercial real estate company, won the 2011 National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence from industry analyst CEL & Associates. Each year CEL conducts more than 2,500,000 customer surveys to measure service and performance benchmarks on commercial tenants throughout the country.
Regency Properties was the very first commercial retail company recognized for management performance and commitment to the highest level of quality service. As a recipient of the “A List” award, Regency was recognized as one of the Best in the Industry in the nation among its peer group. Previously, all companies winning the award were primarily owners and managers of commercial office real estate. Regency owns 29 shopping centers in eight states.

Both companies have historically scored well above average in past CEL surveys.

They have expanded significantly in the past 12 months, acquiring four shopping centers in Southern states in 2011.
