Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, announces the addition of Tracy Stutz as vice president of human resources and administration. Stutz will be responsible for all human resources and administrative aspects of the enterprise and will also serve as corporate secretary to the Regency Commercial Associates LLC Board of Managers.
Stutz graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and then continued her education at Tennessee State University where she earned a Master of Arts in Public Administration. Stutz also holds several human resources certifications including Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resources – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She is a member of the Evansville Human Resources Association.
Stutz experience includes over 23 years of human resources management, including four years as a corporate human resources manager with Shoney’s Inc. Most recently she served as human resources relationship manager for Springleaf Financial.
