Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, announces the addition of Nic Oberholtzer to the position of financial analyst.
Oberholtzer recently relocated to Evansville from Indianapolis. He is a 2011 graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, located on the campus of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), and holds a bachelor’s degree in business. Prior to joining Regency Properties, Oberholtzer worked as a lease analyst at Simon Property Group and as an operations supervisor at a distribution center for retailer T.J. Maxx.
“Nic is a remarkable addition to our accounting and finance department,” remarked Regency Controller Denny Riffert. “He will play a key role within our department as we expand into more county seat community properties.”
