Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, announced the addition of Nadia Steele to the new position of administrative assistant in the property management department.
Steele will be responsible for assisting Regency Vice President Jeff Howell and the property management department in servicing tenant relationships from Regency’s approximately 300 distinct tenant companies who occupy 2.8 million square feet of retail space in ten states. Steele will leverage her experience in property management to help Regency maintain its award-winning level of tenant satisfaction as it continues to grow.
Steele has spent the last 10 years in her native state of Florida with two residential property management companies, where she focused on retaining occupancy, reducing management costs and overseeing leasing relationships. Most recently, she was able to maintain 100% occupancy rates and reduce collection costs as General Manager of Nalbandian Properties, LLC, headquartered in Gainesville, Fla.
“We are excited to welcome Nadia,” remarked Kevin Hammett, president and CEO. “Tenant satisfaction is central to our success and Nadia’s experience proves she will be an excellent addition to our industry leading property management team as we dramatically expand our footprint.”
Regency Properties continues to rapidly expand, bringing its expertise with retail centers in county seat communities to properties throughout the country. To date in 2014 Regency has acquired over 404,000 square feet of retail space in the states of North Carolina, Virginia and Indiana.
