Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, announces the addition of Kevin Rock as vice president of accounting and finance and chief financial officer. Rock’s responsibilities include directing the capital structure of the enterprise in support of Regency’s goals, providing accurate and timely reporting of financial results to Regency’s various constituencies and directing the risk management and capital planning functions of the enterprise.
Rock graduated from Kentucky Wesleyan College with a bachelor’s in accounting and continued his education at University of Southern Indiana where he earned his MBA. Rock holds professional designations as a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society, Institute of Management Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
