Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, announces the addition of Samantha Schembre as human resources assistant and Jessica Adler as coordinator of leasing. Both positions are newly created by Regency as the company continues to execute its growth strategy.
Schembre will be responsible for assisting with the administration of day-to-day operations of human resource functions. She has over five years of human resource experience, most recently working with Kelly Services. Schembre graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
Adler will be responsible for maintaining the flow of lease agreements for Regency-owned and managed properties. She comes from a legal administrative background, most recently working with Siesky & Viehe, PC. Adler has over seven years of leadership, organizational, and customer service experience.
