Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, announces the addition of Dan Brandon to the new position of director of leasing.
Brandon will direct the leasing and sales department in securing and maintaining lease agreements, overseeing property sales and promoting available spaces to prospective tenants for Regency’s 2.8 million square feet of leasable space. He will also be responsible for managing the mix of tenants to maximize the value of Regency’s portfolio and to create the best fit to satisfy the wants and needs of each of our county seat communities.
Brandon has spent the past sixteen years with Springleaf Financial Services in Evansville. Most recently, he served as the associate director of facilities management where he negotiated hundreds of leases and managed a staff that oversaw a portfolio of over 2.6 million square feet of retail and office space. Brandon holds a bachelor’s of science degree in telecommunications from Ball State University and a master’s of business administration degree in management with a focus on organizational development and design from Indiana University.
“We are excited to add Dan to the Regency team,” remarked Jim Wittman, vice president of development and leasing. “His experience and knowledge will be a great asset to us as we expand our portfolio.”
