Chinn returns to Regency Properties as Senior Accountant, after having been employed with SS&C Technologies as a Financial Reporting Accountant. She was previously employed by Regency in 2010-2011. A 2009 graduate from the University of Southern Indiana, Chinn earned her B.S. degree in Accounting and Professional Services. Chinn recently obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation, and is pursuing an MBA degree at USI. An Evansville native, Chinn is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the American Legion Auxiliary.

Underwood has assumed the Maintenance Technician position to oversee Regency’s three shopping centers in Seymour. With over 20 years of experience in carpentry, electrical, mechanical, welding and general maintenance, Underwood previously held various positions with Trilogy Health Services over a seven-year period, including Regional Plant Operation Director. A native and lifelong resident of Jackson County, Underwood is involved in several community activities, including being a 4-H leader for the county horse, pony and shooting sports clubs and is vice president of the Jackson County Spurs & Wheels Saddle Club. He is also a hunting and firearms instructor for youth and adults, and volunteers for the Fort Vallonia Days Pioneer Festival.
