Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, announced the addition of Amanda Bratcher as a tenant accounting specialist.
As a tenant accounting specialist, Bratcher will be responsible for fielding tenant accounting inquiries and performing tenant account reconciliations for Regency’s approximately 280 distinct tenant companies who occupy 2.5 million sq. ft. of rental space in ten states.
An Evansville native, Bratcher comes to Regency Properties from Vectren, where she served as a customer service specialist. Over the past 10 years, Bratcher has held a variety of positions where her primary responsibilities include servicing customer relationships and resolving accounting inquiries.
