Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, has added Beth Allen as an Accounting Specialist and Mishelle Robinson as a Leasing Representative. Both Allen and Robinson will work from the firm’s main office in Evansville.
Allen joins Regency’s accounting department as an Accounting Specialist in Tenant Receivables. Allen, an Evansville native, has over 25 years of experience in accounting and estate administration. A graduate of University of Southern Indiana, she earned her B.S. degree in Accounting in 1988.
Robinson is the newest member of Regency Property’s Leasing Department. Robinson is an Evansville native and former local agency owner and licensed agent with American Family Insurance. A member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Robinson is pursuing a commercial real estate license. Robinson will oversee leasing for 17 shopping centers located in five states, including six Regency-owned properties in Evansville.
