Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, now owns Eufaula Towne Center located in Eufaula, Ala. The center, located in Barbour County, adds a total of 92,130 square feet to Regency’s growing portfolio. Eufaula Towne Center features a diverse tenant mix that includes Marvin’s, Burkes Outlet, Farmer’s Home Furniture, Shoe Show, CATO, Schulte, Advance America and Diva Nails.
This is the second property acquired by Regency Properties in 2015. Since 2010, Regency has acquired several properties each year in county seat communities in the Southeast and Midwest.
