Regency Properties, a retail commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, announced the promotions of two top executives and a restructuring of executive oversight and responsibilities.
Jeff Howell, previously vice president of acquisitions and business management, was promoted to senior vice president and chief investment officer (CIO). In this role, Howell will lead the acquisition, disposition, construction and asset management functions for Regency’s rapidly expanding nationwide portfolio.
Jim Wittman, previously vice president of development and leasing, was promoted to senior vice president and chief operations officer (COO). In this role, Wittman will lead the daily operations of all Regency-owned properties, including executive-level oversight of the business management division. He will also continue to oversee the leasing and marketing divisions.
