Regency Properties, a retail commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, has won the coveted 2015 National Commercial Real Estate Award for Customer Service Excellence from industry analyst CEL & Associates Inc. With only one award given annually in each of five portfolio-size categories nationwide, the award is a testament to the truly superior customer service Regency delivers to its commercial tenants. Regency is also among an even more elite group of companies that have received the award in both successive and multiple years, having won the top award in 2011, 2013 and 2014.
Since 1998, the Real Estate Award for Customer Service Excellence, also known as the ‘A List’ award, has become the industry-leading benchmark for property performance and tenant satisfaction. Each year, CEL conducts more than 2.5 million tenant surveys to measure performance of commercial properties throughout the country. Survey questions include evaluation of leasing and property management, maintenance services, readiness and responsiveness to solve problems, property condition and lease renewal intention. Survey respondents rated Regency’s services and property staff as “Outstanding” among their class.
