Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, recently acquired Village Green Shopping Center. The 108,065-square-foot shopping center increases Regency’s total national portfolio to over 3.9 million square feet.
Village Green is located along U.S. Route 27, the main highway through Decatur and has excellent visibility. It features strong national tenants including Kroger, Dollar Tree, Dollar General and Maurices.
