Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, recently acquired Town Fair Center in Bedford, Ind. The 132,277-square-foot shopping center is the second Regency-owned center in Bedford, Ind.
Town Fair Center is located immediately adjacent to Regency’s other property, Bedford Plaza, along State Highway 37. In addition to facility upgrades, Regency is committed to providing the tenants of Town Fair Center with the excellent customer service that is a hallmark of the company.
