Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, recently acquired Lincoln Park Plaza, Orchard Hill and Plaza East shopping centers in Tell City, Ind. The three centers will add an additional 145,355 square feet to Regency’s 3.2 million square feet portfolio. Several national companies are tenants in the three centers including Goody’s, Goodwill, Pizza Hut and AT&T. The shopping centers also include a variety of locally-owned service companies and restaurants as well as the Tell City Cinema movie theater.

Based on the satisfaction of its tenants, the company recently won the prestigious National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence for the third time in the past four years. In addition to the acquisition, Regency also announced plans to renovate Lincoln Park Plaza with the aim of attracting new retail opportunities for the residents of Perry County.
