A new Japanese restaurant, Tokyo Hibachi and Sushi will open in Seymour’s Village Center Shopping Center. The nearly 3,600 square foot restaurant will offer dine-in and carry-out specialties. Sushi will be made fresh several times a day. Diners can select a variety of meats and vegetables, which a chef will prepare on special hibachi grills, in the manner of one of the traditional cuisines of Japan.
Jim Wittman, Vice President of Development and Leasing for Regency Properties, owner of Village Center, said, “We are delighted to welcome Ms. Rachel Lin and her new restaurant to Village Center. We know that Seymour will enjoy this fresh and delicious style of popular Asian flavors and exciting entertainment around the hibachi grills.”
Village Center is located at the intersection of US Highway 50 and Burkhart Blvd. The over 142,000 square foot retail center is anchored by Jay C Plus supermarket, Orscheln Farm & Family and Goody’s.
