Allstate Insurance agent Tod Wilson is preparing to open another office in Diamond Center Shopping Center, according to Regency Properties, the Center’s owner/manager.

Located on Diamond Avenue, across from Town Center Mall, Diamond Center is also home to Aaron’s Rent To Own, Dollar General, Subway Restaurant and an Edward Jones brokerage office.

Wilson, who has an Allstate office in Newburgh on Hwy. 662, is moving his First Avenue office to this new location during the first week of February. “I am pleased with our new office in Diamond Center and its central, accessible location,” he said. “I know my clients will find the new office convenient and comfortable. We have been blessed with the ability to grow our business during these difficult times which is a testament to our quality staff and loyal clients. To satisfy our growth requirements we needed to make this move to a larger facility and Regency has been outstanding in making this happen for us.”

Town Center Mall, one of Evansville’s earliest shopping centers, has been owned and operated by Regency Properties for many years. Diamond Center was purchased and renovated a few years ago in order to accommodate the area’s demand for commercial space.

“We are glad to welcome Tod Wilson to our family of tenants,” said Regency’s Jim Wittman, Vice President of Development and Leasing. “Regency’s goal is to own shopping centers that provide the needs and wants of the local consumers such as grocery stores, restaurants and service providers like Allstate.”

Regency Properties is an Evansville, IN based commercial real estate company with commercial properties in the seven states of Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and South Carolina. For over 50 years, the company has endeavored to provide continually upgraded and improved commercial centers in vibrant, middle American communities like Evansville.
