Regency Properties, owners of the Jackson Park shopping center in Seymour, Indiana, announced that GameStop will open in the center soon.
GameStop is the world’s largest video game and entertainment software retailer. GameStop sells new and used video game software, hardware and accessories for video game systems from Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft. They sell PC entertainment software and related accessories and merchandise.
According to GameStop Vice President, Chris Olivera, “Each new GameStop location is an exciting proposition as it is an illustration of the broad landscape of individuals that game. From teens and young adults to parents and grandparents, our customers come from all different countries and continents, with interests ranging from sword fighting to sudoku, and from drag racing to dancing. But they all have two things in common: a passion for video games and GameStop.”
Jackson Park is a 122,000+ square foot shopping center located at the corner of US Hwy 50 and Jackson Park. The center is anchored by JC Penney. Regency recently announced the opening of a new Shoe Sensation store and construction of a new Subway restaurant.
