Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, recently acquired Publix Village Square in Kendallville, Indiana. This is Regency’s 31st shopping center in Indiana and adds 100,013 square feet to its portfolio.
Publix Village Square is located at 310 W. North Street, Kendallville, Indiana and is the dominant shopping center in the market. The center is anchored by a Kroger grocery store and has a strong line up of national tenants including: Dollar General, Great Clips, and Shoe Sensation. There is also a large amount of opportunity at this center to fill the remaining vacancies.

Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the addition of Myra Barrow, Business Management Assistant. In this position, she will be responsible for assisting with customer service, lease services and coordinating property maintenance.
Barrow, originally from Southern Illinois, received her Associates degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College. Previously, she worked for Westech/Westlake Chemical as Human Resources/Administrative Assistant. Barrow has over 5 years of experience in customer service.

Wabash Crossing West is a 135,866 square foot shopping center located at 1495 N. Cass Avenue, Wabash, Indiana 46992. Wabash Crossing West is anchored by key tenants such as Tractor Supply, Dunham’s Sports, J&K’s Pets Mega Pet, and Goody’s. Regency recently purchased Wabash Crossing East which makes this new location their second one in Wabash, Indiana.
Lowell Plaza is a 61,504 square foot shopping center located at 2052 East Commercial Avenue, Lowell, Indiana 46256. This center is anchored by national retailers like Dollar General and Shopko. The center also features regional and local tenants such as The UPS Store, Anytime Fitness, Hohman Floral, and Route 2 Wellness.
College Square Plaza is a 148,567 square foot shopping center located at 732 South College Avenue (State Road 231), Rensselaer, Indiana 47978. The shopping center is grocery anchored by Save-A-Lot. Other key tenants include Kem’s Hardware, Family Dollar, Anytime Fitness, Rent A Center, Walgreens, and Christian Clinic.
Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the addition of Joe Eckerman as Acquisitions Analyst. In this new position, he will be responsible for identifying new properties for Regency to purchase.
Eckerman, an Avon, Indiana native, recently graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with majors in finance, real estate finance, entrepreneurship and corporate innovation. Joe completed an internship in the Business Management department at Regency in the summer of 2017.
“Joe will strengthen our ability to identify viable markets for investment consideration,” remarked Chris Folz, Director of Acquisitions. “We are excited to hire an analyst of his caliber to help grow our portfolio.”
