The 35,416 square foot center is located on US Highway 27 in Havana, Florida. It is the only retail center in the area, featuring Harvey’s Supermarket, Family Dollar, Asian Buffet and Internet Cafe.

Regency Properties, owners of the Jackson Park shopping center in Seymour, Indiana, announced that Sally Beauty will open in the center soon. Sally Beauty Supply, the world’s largest retailer of professional beauty supplies, offers professional quality products at competitive prices. The new store will open in early August at the Jackson Park shopping center, which is owned by Regency Properties of Evansville, Indiana.

The nearly 68,250 square foot shopping center is located at 1120 Warm Springs Highway in Manchester, Georgia. It is the primary retail center in the area, featuring Pic n Sav grocery store, Maxway discount store and a variety of restaurants, and professional services.

Regency Properties will renovate the exterior of the shopping center this year. These improvements will give the shopping center a new look and provide shoppers with an improved shopping experience. There will also be additional retail spaces available to new tenants.

Regency Properties, owners of the Bedford Plaza shopping center in Bedford, Indiana, announced that Bedford Cellular will open a 1,224 square foot store in the center this week.

Bedford Cellular is a family owned business that provides national cellular service through Verizon Wireless. The company recently became a franchise of Wireless Zone.

The Bedford Plaza store is a relocation of the business that has operated on West 16th Street in Bedford, Indiana. Darren Fortner, President of Bedford Cellular, assures his customers that the new location will continue to serve their needs even better than before.

“It’s more accessible to customers and provided a great opportunity to redesign our store to be more customer friendly and add new staffing,” said Fortner.

Fortner hopes to open the store on Thursday and acknowledges that working with the Regency team has been a very positive experience.

A new Shoe Sensation retail store is set to open this spring in River Creek Village shopping center, located at the northwest corner of US Hwy. 50 and Wilson Creek Road in Aurora.

The 5,000 square foot Shoe Sensation will showcase over 10,000 pairs of first run shoes. National brands such as Eastland, Clarks and Easy Spirit for women will be featured as well as an extensive collection of junior shoes from Rocket Dog, Skechers and Union Bay. Children’s shoes will be available starting in crib sizes from popular brands including K-Swiss, Skechers and Nike.
