Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announces the addition of Lindsay Barnett. She is filling a newly created administrative assistant position for the Operations Department.
Barnett, an Evansville native, graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with her Bachelor’s in Advertising and Public Relations. Most recently, she worked as a Marketing Manager for a local occupational health and safety company.
She is an active volunteer in the community and is looking for more ways to help around our city and local non-profit organizations.

One award is given annually in five categories based on portfolio size, type of firm and product specialization nationwide. Regency competes in Category 1, which is for portfolios with 35 or more properties. This exclusive recognition, awarded by the nation’s largest surveyor of tenant satisfaction, is a testament to the superior customer service Regency delivers to its tenants. This is Regency’s 6th consecutive win.

Since 1998, the Real Estate Award for Customer Service Excellence has served as the industry-leading benchmark for property performance and tenant satisfaction. Each year, CEL conducts more than 2.5 million tenant surveys to measure performance of commercial properties throughout the country. Survey questions evaluate the retail leasing and property management relationship and the overall quality of services, including maintenance, readiness and responsiveness to solve problems, property condition and lease renewal intention. Survey respondents rated Regency’s services and employees as “Outstanding” among their class. Regency Properties owns and manages 68 centers in 19 states, totaling 6.7 million square feet.

Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, announced the addition of Brandon Taylor as Credit Analyst, which is a newly created position, and Chelsey Atkinson as Business Management Assistant.
Brandon Taylor, a Greensburg, KY native, graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He is currently working towards a Master of Arts degree in Applied Economics at Western Kentucky University. Taylor joins Regency with experience in analytics, having previously worked for Vectren. In this new role, Brandon will prepare financial and credit analyses and serve as a backup resource for Regency’s Treasury functions. He will determine the creditworthiness and concentration of tenants within the portfolio.

Chelsey Atkinson, an Evansville, IN native, graduated from Ivy Tech with an Associate degree in General Studies. She previously worked at Enterprise Holdings where she won the SPCS Appreciation Award for Outstanding Customer Service. In this role, Chelsey will provide support to the Business Manager in managing the day-to-day activities of 1.59 million square feet.

Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, promoted Rianna Klingler to the Business Management Assistant position. Klingler joined Regency Properties in November 2017 as an Administrative Assistant in the Marketing department.
In her new role, Rianna will provide support to the Business Manager in managing the day to day activities of 1.57 million square feet. Rianna graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Travis Brooks has been promoted to Director of Finance. He initially began his career with Regency in November 2017 as Finance Manager. Travis graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Minor in Finance.
Jennie Jolly has been promoted to Senior Leasing Coordinator. She initially began her career with Regency in November 2015 as a Coordinator of Leasing.
Samantha Schembre has been promoted to Human Resources Generalist. She initially began her career with Regency in September 2016 as a Human Resources Assistant. Schembre graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. Additionally, she received her HR SHRM-CP certification in December 2017.
Nadia Steele has been promoted to Senior Tenant Accounting Specialist. She initially began her career with Regency in October 2014 as an Administrative Assistant in the Business Management Department. She then transferred to the Tenant Accounting Specialist position in May 2015. Steele graduated from St. Leo University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting.
Donna Williams has been promoted to Senior Accounting Specialist. She initially began her career with Regency in June 1993 as an Accounting Clerk. Williams graduated from Indiana Vocational Technical College with an Associate’s in Accounting.
