Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, officially welcomes a new class of interns for the summer of 2015. All three interns – Andrew McCammack, Erica Oberbroeckling and Molly Chidester – are students or graduates of local universities. As interns, they will experience a breadth of exposure to various areas within the company by undertaking special projects in support of Regency’s missions and vision.
McCammack, an Indianapolis native, is a recent graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in mathematics and emphasis in actuarial studies. He will be interning with Regency’s acquisitions department.
Oberbroeckling, a senior accounting major at the University of Southern Indiana originally from Westfield, Ind., will intern in Regency’s accounting department. A member of the USI varsity volleyball team, she previously served as a member of Student Athletic Advisory Committee. She is active in the Accounting and Professional Services Club and is a 2014 American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) National Accounting Competition finalist.
Chidester is a senior at the University of Evansville and plans to graduate in May 2016 with a degree in communications and minor in marketing. A Santa Clause, Ind. native, she is the new marketing intern for Regency. Chidester is currently an anchor on Aces TV, a university operated television program, and a member of Zeta Tau Alpha women’s fraternity.
